Vandalism: Lobby door at apartment building at 180 N. Fourth St. kicked, causing glass to shatter, Monday.

Jefferson County sheriff

Cited: Joseph P. Finotti, 48, Westerville, speeding; Frank M. Polisena, 63, Macedonia, speeding; Paul G. Yochum, 59, St. Clairsville, speeding; Edhard C. Peter, 45, Fairmont, W.Va., speeding; and Thomas G. Pyles Jr., 40, 2405 Weir Ave., Weirton, speeding.

Mingo Junction

Break-in: House in the 300 block of McLister Avenue broken into Sunday and money taken.

Theft: Silver Pontiac Sunfire reported stolen in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue, Sunday.

Break-in: Townhouse Bar, 530 Commercial St., broken into around 3:40 a.m. Thursday. Two men wearing gray hooded sweatshirts pulled over their heads seen on security video. Cash registers were reported opened.

Theft: Abandoned building broken into in the 200 block of Clifton Avenue on Wednesday and copper piping removed.

Charged: William E. Vandyke, 18, 226 McLister Ave., theft in connection with the theft of two lawn mowers from a vehicle in the 300 block of Edwards Street on Friday.

Cross Creek Township

Cited: Ashley M. Aguilera, 22, 128 Sunny Acres Drive, Wintersville, driving with suspended license.

Brooke County sheriff

Arrested: Emerson David Warrick, 33, 1429 Boyd Road, Colliers, warrant from Pennsylvania State Police for burglary, trespassing and theft, Saturday.

Arrested: Cornelius David Miller Jr., 40, Washington, Pa., driving under the influence, Saturday.

Cited for speeding: Bethany R. Kasper, 25, 104 Vista Drive, Weirton; and Debra J. Parrish, 52, 2463 Eldersville Road, Follansbee.
