WINTERSVILLE - The Jefferson County Water and Sewer District will flush hydrants today and Thursday.
Customers may experience low water pressure and some discoloration of water. The water and sewer district advised residents not to do laundry while the hydrants in their area are being flushed.
The following is a list of the areas with county water service to have hydrants flushed:
Area M - Fernwood Road, Snug Harbor, Springdale, Talbott, Winters, Laurel Woods, Malone, Pioneer, Higler, Bennett, Maplewood, Woodview, Longvue, Morningside, Two Ridge Road, Reichart, Forest View, Douglas, Bantam Ridge Road, Vireo, Elm, Linmar, Beverly, Frostview, Olive, Stevens, Mildred, Bantam Ridge Court, Circle Drive, Cathy, Andrew, Alfred, May Lane, Eva Marie, Orlando Manor, Bell Street, Ward Drive, Rolling Acres, Murphy, Sunset Drive, Stuart Manor, Evergreen Terrace, Skyview and Hazelwood.
Area B II - Reeds Mill (county Road 22A), Crestview, Valley View, Belvedere, Rainbow Drive, county Road 22A to county line, Highland Park, Highland Acres, Scenic Heights, village of Bloomingdale and county Roads 23, 24, 26 and 38.
