TORONTO - Megan Ann Neeper and Aaron Paul Provenzano were married at 2 p.m. July 14 at St. Francis Roman Catholic Church. The Rev. Thomas Vennitti officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Joseph and Sherry Neeper of Toronto.
The groom is the son of Albert and Gail Provenzano of Steubenville.

The bride was escorted to the altar and given in marriage by her father. She wore a beaded white A-line gown featuring a fitted bodice with a dropped waist with cathedral-length train.
Melissa Trimmer, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Lauren Neeper, sister-in-law of the bride; Ashley Provenzano, sister of the groom; Jessica George; Erin Pillar; Anne Marie Bullen; Johnna Provenzano; Angela Leone; Jamie Christopher; Kelly Lynskey, cousin of the bride; Sydney Gambellin; and Lexi Gambellin.
Matt Provenzano, cousin of the groom, was the best man. Groomsmen were Justin Neeper, brother of the bride; Justin Provenzano, cousin of the groom; and Nick Maurizi, Brice Dobler, Aaron Isenhour and Mark Horvath.
A reception was held at the Serbian American Cultural Center in Weirton. The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Catholic Central High School and a 2006 graduate of Mount Union College. She earned a master's degree in special education from the University of Akron in 2009. She is a special education teacher at Suncrest Middle School in Morgantown.
The groom is a 1999 graduate of Steubenville High School, a 2003 graduate of Miami University of Ohio and a 2008 graduate of Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He completed an internal medicine residency at West Virginia University. He is training in hematology/oncology at WVU.
The couple reside in Morgantown.
