BLAIR, Frances M., 84, of Steubenville, died Wednesday at Trinity West. She is the mother of Richard Blair.
Calling hours are Monday 10 a.m. to noon at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel. Mass will be 12:30 p.m. Monday at St. Peter Catholic Church.
