WINTERSVILLE - Donna Taylor of Wintersville announces the engagement of her daughter, Shonna Taylor, to Chad Figurski, son of Jim and Lori Figurski of Adena.
The bride-to-be is a 2001 graduate of Indian Creek High School and a 2005 graduate of Mount Union College with a bachelor of science degree in athletic training. She received a master of science degree in education from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2007 and a degree in physical therapy assisting from Kent State University in 2011. She is employed by Trinity Sports Medicine.
Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of Buckeye Local High School. He is pursuing a bachelor's degree in social science from Ashford University. He is employed by Harrison Hills School District as a football and basketball coach and at Figgy's Fuelmart in Adena.
