RICHARD, Margaret Elizabeth Gillies, 65, of Wellsburg, died Friday, Aug. 17, 2012, at home.
She was born Dec. 25, 1946, the daughter of the late William and Mary Vincent Gillies.
She was retired from Wesbanco in Wellsburg as a teller. She was a Christian by faith and a member the Wellsburg Women of the Moose and the Wellsburg Civic League.

She is survived by her husband, James Richard who she married on Dec. 22, 1967; one son, James William Richard of Wellsburg; and one daughter Denice Richard of Wellsburg; a brother-in-law, Charles Richard; and one sister-in-law, Sugar Swope; two grandchildren, Michael Allen Richard of Wellsburg and James William Richard Jr. of Mingo Junction; several nieces and nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 21 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m at Reasner Funeral Home, 1515 Charles St., Wellsburg, where services will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 22 at 11 a.m.
Interment will be at Franklin Cemetery, Wellsburg.
