Arrested: Allison C. Pool, 26, Apartment 3, 74 Evergreen Terrace, Wintersville, operating a vehicle under the influence, hit-skip, red light and endangering children. Pool was involved in a wreck at Sunset and Hollywood boulevards Sunday and drove several blocks away with two young children in the vehicle, police reported.
