WEIRTON - St. Paul Catholic Church in Weirton was the setting where Louis Edwin Shultz Jr. and Carrie Ann Oliver were united in marriage at 2 p.m. on June 9. The officiant of the marriage was the Rev. Tony Thurston and the Mass celebrant was the Rev. Larry Dorsch.
The bride was escorted to the altar by her parents, Charles and Cynthia Oliver of Weirton. The groom is the son of Louis Edwin Sr. and Roseann Shultz of Bulger, Pa.
The bride's sister, Casey Oliver, and Patricia Schultz, both of Weirton, served as maids of honor. The bride's cousin, Ashleigh Oliver, was the bridesmaid. God-daughters of the bride, Emily and Baylee Jones of New Cumberland, were the flowergirls.

Scott Logan of Midland, Pa., was the best man. Tim Cordle of Toronto was the groomsman. The ring bearer was Brendon Shultz, great-nephew of the groom.
After a reception at Zalenski's Restaurant in Wintersville, the newlyweds spent their honeymoon in Canaan Valley.
The bride is a 1994 graduate of Weir High School, a 1998 graduate of Otterbein University with a bachelor's degree in music and is the director of music ministries at St. Paul Catholic Church in Weirton. She also is a local Christian music recording artist and private vocal instructor.
The groom is a 1983 graduate of Burgettstown High School and is the seafood department manager for Shop n Save in Castle Shannon, Pa.
The couple reside in Joffre, Pa.
