WILSON, Shawna (Long), 61, of Mingo Junction, OH, passed away Friday, July 13, 2012, at the Villa Vista Nursing Home in Steubenville, OH.
She was born April 27, 1951, in Martins Ferry, OH, a daughter of the late Joseph and Geraldine (Fetty) Long.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Randy and Larry Long; and a grandson, Dustin Wilson.
Shawna enjoyed playing bingo, making ceramics and knitting.
Surviving are her husband, Lawrence "Larry" Wilson Sr.; two sons, Lawrence "Eddie" Wilson, Jr. of Steubenville and Michael Wilson of Mingo Junction; a daughter, Cindy (Steven) Lawver of Mingo Junction; a step-daughter, Tammy Wilson of Mingo Junction; a sister, Sharon (Butch) Baricska of Smithfield, Ohio; two brothers, Raymond (Reretta) Long of New Alexandria and Phillip Long of Fairfield, CA; and three grandchildren, Brandon, Braylynn and Leah.
Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo Junction, on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. Private burial on Wednesday in New Alexandria Cemetery.
