JONES, Orpha V., 93, of New Martinsville, WV, formerly of Weirton, passed away Sunday, July 8, 2012.
Born April 26, 1919, in Paden City, WV, she was a daughter of the late Leonard Stuart and Nellie Hammon Bolen. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Barbara K. Gibson, brothers John, Ross, Horace and Ralph E. Bolen, sisters Louisa LaBaire and Leona G. Bolen and three grandchildren.
In 1984, Mrs. Jones retired from the former M&M Bank where she worked as a teller. She was a member of the Weirton Heights Church of Christ.

Orpha is survived by her sons Leonard C. Jones and his wife Gloria of Steubenville, OH and Ralph E. Jones and his wife Antoinette of Weirton; sister Martha Leasure and her husband Earl of Paden City, WV; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton, WV where funeral services will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday. Minister Tom Derby will officiate. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. in Paden City Memorial Gardens, Paden City, WV.
