KUNZLER, Karen M., 68, of Bloomingdale, OH, passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2012, at Life Line Hospital.
She was born in Steubenville, OH, on November 27, 1943, a daughter of the late Michael and Anne Yatsco Zdinak.
She was a retired Indian Creek School District teacher having taught first grade at Wayne Elementary and a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
Preceding Karen in death were her husband, James P. Kunzler on April 7, 2004 and her parents.
Karen is survived by her son, Michael (Dina) Kunzler of Lancaster, OH; daughters, Jennifer Kunzler of Rushville, OH, Renee (John) Brothers & Nicole Kunzler both of Bloomingdale; grandchildren Nathan and Lauren Kunzler and James and Adam brothers; and two sisters Pat (Max) Ferry of Beech Bottom, WV and Michele Strayer of Roanoke, VA.
Friends may call at Dunlope- Shorac Funeral Home 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, OH, on Friday 5-8 p.m. Funeral liturgy with mass 9:15 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Lourdes Church with Msgr. Kurt Kemo officiating. Burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Vigil 5 p.m. Friday
