Force to hold sign-ups
WEIRTON - The Force Soccer Club will hold registration online at www.npysaforce.org through July 18. After registration is complete, team alignment may require an on-field workout session.
The club plans to sponsor five teams this fall in the U10 to U14 age brackets, both boys and girls teams. Force Soccer plays in the Pennsylvania West Sunday Travel League and participates in Division 4 (state league) and Divison 5 (south district).

Tennis program at Starvaggi
WEIRTON - A tennis program will be held at Starvaggi Park from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. every Tuesday through July 31.
Players will learn fundamentals and improve their game.
Formation of a league for middle school students and a specific program for high school players will be available.
Registration will be held at the park on first day of the program.

Repella to host hoops camp
STEUBENVILLE - The Liz Repella Girls Basketball Camp will be held from 9 a.m. to noon July 9-11 at Steubenville High School for those entering grades 6-9.
The cost is $50 per person and will include a T-shirt, daily prizes, giveaways and a pizza party.

DiLorenzo records an ace
WEIRTON - Bob DiLorenzo recorded a hole-in-one at Williams Country Club. He used a 7-iron on the 133-yard par 3 eighth hole. The witnesses were Jason Smoljanovich and Phil DiLorenzo.
