STEUBENVILLE - Mr. and Mrs. Richard McDowell of Steubenville announce the marriage of their daughter, Daphne Joy Huggins, to Samuel Raymond Pavlik, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Pavlik of Steubenville.
The bride-to-be is a 2009 graduate of Steubenville High School. She is attending the University of Akron and is majoring in middle level math/science education. She plans to complete her student teaching in the fall semester and graduate with honors in December.
Her fiance is a 2007 graduate of Steubenville High School. He attended the University of Akron and is a recent graduate, receiving a degree in mechanical engineering. He is a project manager for the K Co. in Akron.
