Break-in: House for sale broken into in the 1200 block of Maryland Avenue and copper pipes cut and stacked in the basement, Tuesday. Four men were seen running from the home.

Cited: William Pendergrast, 46, 172 Central Ave., Weirton, expired plates.

Vandalism: Garage entered in the 1400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue and items inside vandalized, Tuesday.

Cited: Amanda S. Delay, 27, East Liverpool, two counts no child restraint, speeding and driving with a suspended license.

Arrested: Michael J. Vandetta, 32, 201 Frostview Drive, Wintersville, contempt of court warrant out of Wintersville Magistrate's Court, contempt of court out of Toronto county court and failure to appear warrant from Wintersville county court, Tuesday.

Theft: Shotgun and rifle taken from residence on township Road 267, Amsterdam, Tuesday.

Truck stolen: Pickup truck reported stolen from Sheeprock Road, Mingo Junction, but later found off county Road 19, Tuesday.

Arrested: Aaron Belon, 25, 533 Linden Ave., Steubenville, probation violation out of common pleas court, Tuesday.

Arrested: Shawn A. Thomas, 28, 120 Grandview Ave., Mingo Junction, domestic battery, Saturday.

Cited: Jeffrey L. Stoller, 28, 17 Susquehanna Road, Wellsburg, driving while suspended- miscellaneous, Tuesday.

Follansbee

Arrested: William Robert Baehr, 23, Wellsburg, daylight breaking and entering and petit larceny, Saturday.

Arrested: Harold Lloyd Midcap, 36, 1209 Cunningham St., Follansbee, wanton endangerment, Monday.

Cited: Bruce Anthony George Grant, 33, Apartment 4, 3132 West St., failure to produce drivers license and no proof of insurance.
