WEIRTON - Sandra and Victor Flowers and Karen Cullinan and Mr. and Mrs. Michael Cullinan announce the engagement of their children, Stacy Lynn Flowers and Christopher Michael Cullinan.
The bride-to-be is a 1996 graduate of Weir High School and a 2001 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in social work. She is employed by the University of Pittsburgh Office of Child Development and Early Childhood Partnerships as a developmental health care consultant for the HealthyCHILD Program.
Her fiance is a 1999 graduate of Weir High School. He is also a 2004 graduate of Marshall University with a bachelor's degree in business administration in marketing. He is employed as an export specialist for CEVA Logistics in Imperial, Pa. In addition to his day job he is also employed as a disc jockey.
