KELL, Frank D., 61, of Steubenville, OH, died Monday, May 14, 2012, at Valley Hospice Care Center North.
He was born Oct. 7, 1950, a son of the late George E. and Ida E. Fagan Kell Sr. Frank was affectionately known as Uncle Dad.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Ann Moore.

Surviving are two brothers, George (Nancy) Kell Jr. and John J. Kell; three nieces, Rachael A. McGraw, Elizabeth Renee Barnhart and April Kell; five nephews, Phillip Jones, William P. Walker Jr., Joseph E. Walker, John J. Barnhart and Aaron Kell and many great and great great-nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at Shorac Funeral Home (formerly McClave Funeral Home), 611 North 4th Street, Steubenville, on Thursday from noon until the time of memorial service at 6 p.m. Burial at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
