Charles Rainey of Weirton, left, and his father, Chuck Rainey of New Manchester installed the second of two new signs Monday touting Voto Manufacturer’s Sales Co.’s industrial expertise. The signs are part of Voto’s rebranding, intended to get the attention of oil- and gas-related companies. Voto President Janie Mayle said they also plan to upgrade the building’s front awning.
