Cody McKeever of Angelina Stone and Marble of St. Clairsville on Wednesday carefully chipped away the facade of the 110-year-old wall at the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County’s main library on South Fourth Street in Steubenville. McKeever and his co-workers are repointing the broken mortar in the wall. According to Library Director Alan Hall, work also will be done on the library exterior wall as well as a chimney. Hall said the wall originally was built in 1902 by the Floto Brothers Co. for $1,800. -Dave Gossett
