BILBY, Carol Carte, 63, of Ravenna, Ohio, formerly of Wellsburg, W.Va., passed away May 6, 2012, at Robinson Memorial Hospital, Ravenna, Ohio.
She was born June 29, 1948, in Wheeling, W.Va., to the late Lewis C. and Lillian M. Harris Carte and step mother Rodella Carte. She was a homemaker and a Christian by faith.
She is survived by her husband, Darrell Bilby I and her son, Darrell "D.J." Bilby II and his fiance, Leslie Ruggles of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, three brothers, Lewis C. Carte III and his wife, Kathy, William "Mike" Carte and his wife, Hazel all of Wellsburg, W.Va., Marc Carte of Follansbee, W.Va., four sisters, Bonnie Bartz and her husband, Rick, Jacie Ridgely and her husband, Terry, and Dawn Carte all of Wellsburg, W.Va., Marie Conley of Follansbee, W.Va., numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 9, 2012, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Reasner Funeral Home, 1515 Charles St., Wells burg, W.Va. Service will be held Thursday, May 10, 2012, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Aaron Miller officiating. Interment at St. John Cemetery, Colliers, W.Va.
