LANG, Willajean Irene, 72, of New Cumberland, W.Va., passed away Saturday, May 5, 2012, at her residence.
She was born Jan. 31, 1940, in Doddridge Co., W.Va., a daughter of Elva Clair (Sponaugle) McKinney of Weirton, W.Va., and the late Everett McKinney.
She is also preceded in death by her husband Frederick Allen Lang in 1994; and a sister, Dolores Glasure.
Willajean was a Homemaker and a Protestant by faith.
Surviving in addition to her mother are her five children Clinton A. Lang, Frederick A. Lang, III; Brett Alan Lang and Kimberly R. Vandine all of New Cumberland, W.Va., and Tammy Dieringer of East Liverpool, Ohio; two sisters, Carolyn Freshwater of Weirton, W.Va., and Alamadean Glasure of Toronto, Ohio; two brothers, Delford McKinney of Harrisburg, Pa., and Melford McKinney of Toronto, Ohio; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Turley Funeral Home.
Services will be there Wednesday, May 9, 2012, at 2 p.m. with Pastor Rick Dieringer officiating.
Interment will follow in Locust Hill Cemetery; Chester, W.Va.
