WEST, Ernest Leroy "Roy," 82, of 201 West Sixth St., passed away May 3, 2012, at his home after an extended illness.
Mr. West was born on Jan. 16, 1930, to the late Rezin and Faustine Smith West in Hopedale, Ohio, and had lived in Mansfield over 55 years.
Roy was an Army veteran of the Korean War.

Roy is survived by five children; two sisters: Linda Battle, Carol West, Wintersville; three brothers: Carl, and Craig West, Steubenville, and Monford West, Mansfield, 22 grandchildren, and 35 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call Wednesday in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Services one hour prior to the funeral services at noon. Interment in Mansfield Cemetery.
