The practice field will be the site of the 36th-annual Ohio Area 9 Special Olympics qualifier today, when athletes from Jefferson, Belmont, Tuscarawas, Muskingum, Harrison, Holmes and Carroll counties, along with a team consultant, will participate in bocce ball and track and field events. -- Jeremy Kins
