DAVIS, Dr. Stacy L., 39, of Bergholz, loving wife, mother, daughter and friend, died Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at Trinity West.
She was born December 8, 1972, in Steubenville. She is the daughter of George Davis of Bergholz and the late Karen Cooper Davis.
Stacy is, in addition to her mother, preceded in death by her infant sister, Anna Mae Davis.

Stacy was a graduate from the Ohio State University School of Veterinarian Medicine, class of 2000 and was a veterinarian at the Carrolton Animal Hospital.
Surviving in addition to her father are her husband, Thomas M. Costlow whom she married June 20, 1998, one son; Nicholas M. Costlow at home; and her daughter, Lorelei F. Costlow at home.
Stacy was a member of the Richmond United Methodist Church; was a team captain for the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life, was active in 4-H with show cattle and raising show cattle on the family farm.
Calling hours are Friday 6-8 p.m. and on Saturday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., and on Sunday at Richmond United Methodist Church, 212 Sugar St. Richmond, 1 p.m. until the time of services at 2 p.m. Pastor Carol Smith will officiate.
Burial will be private in Circle Green Cemetery.
