A Child's Place CASA Ltd., a nonprofit organization in Brooke and Hancock counties that supports and promotes court-appointed volunteer advocacy for abused and neglected children so that they can thrive in safe, permanent homes, received a $3,000 donation from Tri State Medical Group in support of the children CASA represents.
In recognition of Child Abuse Prevention Month, Rhonda Stubbs, executive director, met with Tri-State Medical Group representatives at Follansbee Pharmacy to discuss the mission of CASA. Tri State Medical Group has financially supported CASA for many years, Stubbs said.
