WEIRTON - Mr. and Mrs. William Wasmer announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Elise, to Jason Edward Williamson, son of Margie Bolock of Weirton and Arthur Williamson of Colliers.
The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Weir High School and a 2010 graduate of West Liberty University with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She is employed by Brooke County Schools as a preschool special needs teacher. She also is working on her master's degree in early intervention through West Virginia University.
Her fiance is a 2000 graduate of Brooke High School and a 2004 graduate of WLU with a bachelor's degree in health and physical education. He also is a 2009 graduate of WVU with a master's degree in communication studies. He is employed by Brooke County Schools as a physical education teacher and coach.
