Various reports were given, including one on cards sent.
Shirley Brecht will oversee the drawing at the July 15 picnic and at the Nov. 10 Marine Ball, as well as the auxiliary Christmas Party in December.
Mary Arlia won the 50/50 drawing, donating it back to the club.
The auxiliary is sponsoring a "bakeless bake sale" as its June fundraiser.
Leroy Bee will place the auxiliary's Memorial Day wreath in May. Joan Spano sent eight birthday cards to the veterans home, more than 100 Easter cards were sent to veterans in Tri-State Area nursing homes and nearly 1,100 Easter cards were sent to active duty troops.
The group collected and sent healthy snacks to active duty troops in March and April and sent Easter cards to Kevin McDonald and Adam Wiltrout, both active duty soldiers. The auxiliary sent a thank-you card to Linda Elliott, who made nearly 50 cards for the troops. The auxiliary also thanked the Steubenville Wal-mart, which donated 30 bags of jelly beans and nine cases of samples and crackers for healthy snacks, and Marine Club member James Thompson of Jewett for delivering the snacks.
The group will team up with Boatsie's Boxes to honor veterans and military heroes, "Support Our Troops," from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 30 at Cabela's in Wheeling. Auxiliary members Joan Spano, Marcy Spano, Don and Mary Ann Smith, Leroy and Berna Bee and Maxine and George Ragan will be selling drawing tickets. Drawings will be held for a $2,000 Cabela's gift card, $750 Kroger gift card and a 50/50 drawing.
The next meeting will be 6:30 p.m. May 12.
