COLLIERS - Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Moses of Arcadia, Ohio, and Candice Marie Custer of Elm Grove, W.Va., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kayla Marie Custer of Colliers, to David Joseph Roush, also of Colliers.
He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Roush of Follansbee.
Custer is a 2006 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and attended West Virginia Northern Community College.
