STEUBENVILLE - Mr. and Mrs. Brian Biggio have announced the engagement of their daughter, Cristen Jean Biggio, to Christopher Ryan Tarquinio, son of Josephine L. Tarquinio of Steubenville and the late Reno Tarquinio.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Catholic Central High School and West Virginia University and is employed as a schedule coordinator at ePeople Healthcare.
A graduate of Catholic Central High School and the Franciscan University of Steubenville, Tarquinio is managing partner for Redco Realty and is the owner and president of Kapacke Mining.
