Vandalism: Vehicle window broken in the 400 block of Spring Avenue, Tuesday.

Cited: Paul N. Dorsey, 41, 1437 Euclid Ave., two counts no vicious dog insurance; Carl T. Ferguson, 35, 153 McDowell Ave., no dog registration and no vicious dog insurance; Sheila A. Metz, 41, 149 McDowell Ave., no dog registration and no vicious dog insurance; and Edward G. Kinney, 52, Rear 347 Slack St., no dog registration and no vicious dog insurance.

Theft: Aluminum ladder taken from rear of residence in the 2000 block of Eve Drive, Tuesday.

Vandalism: Vehicle window damaged with a thrown large piece of pavement in the 300 block of Washington Street, Tuesday.

Arrested: Sarah Blackburn, 40, 172 Christopher Ave., Wintersville, petit theft and two counts of drug possession, Tuesday.

Vandalism: Windows on two vehicles damaged Tuesday in the 600 and 700 blocks of Jeanette Avenue. Police reported it appeared to be cause by a pellet gun.

Vandalism: Rear window of vehicle damaged in the 500 block of Railroad Avenue, Tuesday.

Jefferson County sheriff

Arrested: Arnold W. Trouten III, 23, 288 High St., Smithfield, assault, aggravated menacing, aggravated burglary and domestic violence, Tuesday.

Brooke County sheriff

Arrested: Joseph K. Bowman Jr., 37, 740 Virginia Ave., Follansbee, third-offense driving under the influence and driving while suspended for DUI, Saturday.

Arrested: Jimmy L. Murdock, 53, Colliers, delivering a controlled substance, Saturday.
