SMITH, Patricia "Pat" Lula, 75, of Beech Bottom, passed away, April 13, 2012, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Broadman, Ohio.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, April 16, 2012 from 5-8 p.m. and again on Tuesday, April 17, 2012, from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. at the Chambers Funeral Home, 1030 Main Street, Wellsburg, W.Va., with Pastor Dan Harry, officiating.
Interment will follow in Kadesh Chapel Cemetery, Beech Bottom, W.Va.
