GARDNER, Linda (O'Dell) 62, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away Wednesday Feb. 1, 2012, at U.P.M.C. in Pittsburgh, PA.
She was born May 23, 1949 in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of the late William "Edward" and Helen V. (Smith) O'Dell.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Helen V. O'Dell.
Linda worked at Subway at the former Super America in Steubenville.
Surviving are three sons, James (Lisa) Gardner and Ron (Amiee) Gardner, both of Steubenville and Steve (Val) Gardner of Toronto, Ohio; two brothers, Russell (Patricia) O'Dell of Mingo and Edward (Ola) O'Dell of Steubenville; a sister, Barbara Palmer of Toronto; seven grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo (Please wear your Big Red attire) on Saturday from Noon until the time of her funeral services at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Jerry Ernst, officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the funeral home to help the family through this difficult time.
