Arrested for failure to appear: Ronald Hawthorne, 29, 3102 county Road 25, Rayland; Donald Staymate, 29, 3103 county 39, Bloomingdale; and Heather Lelless, 29, 126 Madison Ave., Mingo Junction.
Cited: Anita C. Mowder, 49, 900 Adams St., Steubenville, dog at large; Andrew Biasi, 49, Apartment 2, 2614 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville, driving while suspended; Aaron D. Gotschall, 37, 653 Williams Boulevard, red light violation, driving while suspended, fictitious plates and failure to comply; and Caleb Pyle, 20, 3708 State St., Weirton, driving while suspended and no head lights.
Theft: A garage at a residence in the 1300 block of Wellesley Avenue was broken into and several tools were taken late Friday.
Attempted theft: An unlocked vehicle on North Fifth Street was entered and the steering column and shift lever damaged in an apparent attempt to steal it late Friday.

Arrested: Aaron Channels, 27, 2436 county Road 22A, Bloomingdale , public intoxication, Saturday.
Arrested: Joseph N. Strupe, 21, 1085 Battle Run Road, Mingo Junction, petit theft, Saturday.
Theft: A small television was taken from a camper and a gas grill and 50 foot electrical cord was taken from a shed, both on county Road 58 in Bergholz. Both structures had been broken into.
Theft: A purse containing cash and other items was taken from an unlocked vehicle on Woodvue Lane in Wintersville Friday.
Ohio State Highway Patrol
Arrested: Daniel Wright Jr., 25, 123 Paulman Circle Mingo Junction, driving under the influence and while suspended and failure to appear, Saturday.

Cited: Debra L. Willis, 39, RR 3, Wellsburg, failure to maintain control and no proof of insurance; Christopher A. Pate, 31, 401 Colonial Drive, Steubenville, driving while suspended for driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance; and Erik J. Benton, 20, 120 Meadow Road, Wintersville, possession of marijuana.
Theft: A bicycle was reported stolen from the Parkview section but recovered by City Police and returned to the owner. A complaint has been filed against a juvenile in connection with the theft, police said.
