Winter Kindermusic classes scheduled at center

Winter Kindermusik classes at the Center of Music and Art, 264 Main St.,Wintersville, will begin the week of Jan. 23.

In addition, a special family Kindermusik day will be held Jan. 14. This event is free to everyone, and will feature games and activities for the entire family, according to a center spokesman.

Kindermusik International is the world's leading publisher of music and movement curricula and products for parents and their children ages newborn to 7. Kindermusik educators provide tips that parents can take home from each class to help make great parenting easier in their daily routine, the spokesman said. Ninety-nine percent of Kindermusik parents would recommend it to other parents, according to a Harris Interactive online study conducted in November 2005.

Parents can register by calling (740) 264-3111 or by stopping at the center. To view the complete schedule, visit www.musicandart.com.
