Cleveland real estate web site to make owners to list properties

December 22, 2011
The Herald-Star

CLEVELAND - A Cleveland real estate company is launching a web site that will make it easier for land- and mineral rights- owners to list their properties.

Terry Coyne, SIOR, CCIM, of Grubb & Ellis Co., announced the launch of the new web site, UticaMarcellus.com.

UticaMarcellus.com is a web-based company that offers a platform for property owners to list their land and mineral rights for sale and lease. Unlike other real estate listing services, UticaMarcellus.com is exclusively dedicated to buildings, land and mineral rights in the Utica and Marcellus shale region. The web site includes zoning information, site plans and aerial photos, allowing interested parties from around the world to view properties and contact owners to make offers on their land. Coyne hopes to "change the game" in the predominantly rural shale area.

The web site was designed specifically to market shale-related properties.

Coyne is executive vice president at Grubb & Ellis, Cleveland. He has been recognized as a Grubb & Ellis Top 20 producer in the U.S. for the past three years and as a Circle of Excellence member since 1997. He currently represents more than 65 properties in six counties, including the new MidTownTech Park and CornerStone Business Park.
