WEIRTON - Marisa Mato and Douglas Marino were united in marriage on May 21 at St. Joseph the Worker Church in Weirton with the Rev. Dean Borgmeyer officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Douglas and Marlene Mato of Weirton. The groom is the son of William and Maryann Marino of Weirton.
The bride was escorted to the altar by her father.

Kristen Mato, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. William Marino III, brother of the groom, served as best man.
Bridesmaids were Betty Jo Welch, cousin of the bride; Kaley Stunda, cousin of the bride; and Erin Lynn, cousin of the bride. Groomsmen were Christopher Hill and Douglas Mato, brother of the bride. The flower girl was Emma Lynn, cousin of the bride. The ring bearer was Jameson Bish, cousin of the groom.
A reception was held at the Embassy Suites in Coraopolis. The couple honeymooned in Hawaii.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Madonna High School, a 2006 graduate of West Virginia University and a 2009 master's degree graduate of Mountain State University. She is employed at Mountaineer Casino, Racetrack and Resort as a manager of marketing services.
The groom is a 2002 graduate of Weir High School and a 2006 graduate of WVU. He is employed by Trinity Health System in Steubenville as an IT project coordinator.
The couple will reside in Weirton.
