WEIRTON - Mr. and Mrs. Richard Cutone of Weirton announce the engagement of their daughter, Mallory Layne, to James David Souffrant Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. James Souffrant of Weirton.
The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Brooke High School and a 2005 graduate of West Liberty University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing. She is employed by Clearview Federal Credit Union.
Her fiance is a 1997 graduate of Brooke High School. He is employed by Finzer Rollers.
