WEIRTON - Jody Wilson and Nicholas Kerber, both of Canonsburg, Pa., were united in marriage at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 6 at St. James Parish Church in Sewickley, Pa., with the Rev. Dan Valentine officiating.
The bride is the daughter of George and Linda Wilson of Weirton. The groom is the son of Jeffrey and Kathy Kerber of West Mifflin, Pa.
The bride was escorted to the altar by her father.

She wore a white vintage lace gown with a semi-cathedral train. She carried a bouquet of white roses and peach calla lilies.
Bianca Barnabei of Pittsburgh served as maid of honor, and Linzy Elias of Columbus served as matron of honor. Bridesmaid included Lindsay Caprarese, Natalie McCall, Julie Cessna, Becky Vujnovich and Aftyn DiVenanzo. Flower girls were Isabella Bernola, goddaughter of the bride, and Femina Franciscus, cousin of the groom.
Robert Kerber of Jefferson Hills, Pa., served as his brother's best man, and Benjamin Feesler of Weirton also served as best man. Groomsmen were Tom Kerber, David Goodwin, Rick Leach, Jared Hammond, Scott Detwiler, Andrew Carter and Todd Welsh.
A reception followed at the Embassy Suits in Coraopolis, Pa. The couple honeymooned at Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
The bride is a May graduate of West Virginia University with a master's degree in speech pathology. The groom graduated from Bethany College with a bachelor's degree in finance and is employed by Equipco in Bridgeville, Pa., as a materials and handling salesman.
