MINGO JUNCTION - Jamie Angelina Cook and Benjamin McGinnis were married Sept. 4 at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church in Steubenville. Monsignor George Yontz officiated.
The bride is the daughter of George and Mikilynn Cook of Mingo Junction. The groom is the son of Shawn and Margaret McGinnis of Wintersville.
Jordyn Figel of Mingo Junction was the maid of honor. Stephen Berardino of Monroeville, Pa., was the best man.
The bridesmaids were Jessica Wedlake, Taylor Wedlake, Leigh Ann Hauck, Jessica Groves, Calie Simari and Ashley Carroll.
The groomsmen were Jacob McGinnis, Sean Patrick McGinnis, John Ryan McGlone, Jacob Gasser, Josh Huskins, Rob Carroll, Mark Wojciechowski and P.J. Potts.
The flower girl was Victoria Casenhiser, cousin of the bride.
The ring bearers were Noah Casenhiser, cousin of the bride, and Connor Wedlake, nephew of the bride.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Indian Creek High School. She received her bachelor's degree in human development from Ohio State University and is attending graduate school at OSU for her master's degree in education in middle childhood.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of Indian Creek High School. He received a bachelor's degree in political science from OSU and is beginning the graduate program at Duquesne University for a master's of science degree in instructional technology.
The reception was held at St. Florian Hall. The couple reside in Columbus.
