STEUBENVILLE - Mr. and Mrs. James Galownia of Steubenville and Mr. and Mrs. David Lohr of Everett, Pa., announce the engagement of their children, Genevieve Galownia and Devon Lohr.
The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Steubenville High School. A 2009 graduate of Pittsburgh Technical Institute with a degree in multimedia studies, she is employed by SRA International.
Her fiance is a 2006 graduate of Bedford High School and 2008 graduate of Pittsburgh Technical Institute with a degree in electronics engineering technology. He is employed as a project manager at Muninn Group of Pittsburgh.
