STEUBENVILLE - Thomas and Vicki Hooker of Kokomo, Ind., announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin Hemmerly, to Charles Courtney, son of Thomas and Nancy Courtney of Steubenville.
The bride-to-be is a 2001 graduate of Butler University with a bachelor's degree in business. She is employed as a property manager by Bold Real Estate Group.
Her fiance is a 2004 graduate of Judson College with a bachelor's degree in architecture. He is employed by Park Community Church and is pursuing a master's degree in business.
