WINTERSVILLE - Bob and Kim Turner of Wintersville announce the engagement of their daughter, Linzy Marie, to William Michael Elias, son of Bill and Barbara Elias of Uniontown, Pa.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Weir High School and a 2007 graduate of Bethany College with a bachelor's degree in communications. She is employed by Jonathan Varner and Associates in Columbus.
Her fiancee is a 2003 graduate of Laurel Highlands and a 2008 graduate of Bethany College with a bachelor's degree in economics. He is employed by Verizon Wireless in Polaris, Ohio.
