SCIO - Alicia Marie Stromski and David Joseph Frey were united in marriage at 2 p.m. Oct. 24 at St. Teresa of Avila in Cadiz with the Rev. Timothy McGuire officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Bob and Roberta Stromski of Scio. Escorted by her father, she wore a strapless gown featuring a chapel train. She carried a bouquet of fall mums and calla lilies.
The groom is the son of Arlene Frey of Martins Ferry and the late Frank Frey.

Stacie Durig of Powell, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Ashley Ramer of Dalton; Pennie Eberhart and Callie Eberhart, cousins of the bride, of Cadiz; Amy Porter of Houston, Pa., niece of the groom; Emily Frey of Delaware, Ohio, niece of the groom; Christina Stromski of Powell, sister-in-law of the bride; and Jennifer Jewell of Wheeling.
The flower girl was Riley Eberhart of Cadiz, cousin of the bride.
Michael Frey of Delaware, brother of the groom, was the best man. Groomsmen were Patrick Deemer and Jason Gallagher, both of St. Clairsville; Eric Coe of Martins Ferry; Matt Bell of Rutherford, N.J.; Matthew Stromski of Columbus and Derek Stromski of Powell, brothers of the bride; and Ryan Jewell of Wheeling.
The ring bearer was Bailey Eberhart of Cadiz, cousin of the bride.
A reception was held at River City/Wheeling Artisan Center in downtown Wheeling.
The bride is a 1998 graduate of Jewett-Scio High School, a 2002 graduate of Mount Union College with a bachelor's degree in business administration and a 2008 graduate of West Virginia University with a master's degree in educational leadership concentrated in higher education. She is employed at West Virginia Northern Community College as the financial aid counselor.
The groom is a 1993 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a 1998 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor's degree in health services administration. He is employed as an underwriter for the Health Plan in St. Clairsville.
The couple live in St. Clairsville.
