WEIRTON - The Serbian American Cultural Center, the Tri-State Area's premier, award-winning location for weddings, banquets, business meetings, parties and events of all kinds, functions under the motto, "affordable elegance," with no costly hidden fees or additional charges.

Offering professional event planning services by a management staff with nearly 60 years of combined experience, the Serbian American Cultural Center's mission is "...to ensure that every detail of your event is handled with great care by our staff, allowing you to relax and enjoy every minute of your special occasion." The center hosted its first event on March 12, 1997, and can accommodate groups as intimate as 20 or as large as 1,000. The center is a full-service banquet facility and lounge, offering 24,000-square feet of accommodations and is open to the public.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner entrees and an assortment of hors d'oeuvres and desserts are prepared by the kitchen staff led by Executive Chef Michael Baczewski. The staff includes a sous chef, salad chef, saucier, display chef and an apprentice. The talents of the culinary staff are not limited to the lounge or banquet menu offerings. They work directly with clients to create dishes utilizing the freshest of ingredients incorporating the latest techniques in both preparation and presentation.
