ZAJDOWICZ, Siegfried, 73, of Powhatan Point, Ohio, went to be with his Lord on Thursday, April 24, 2008, in OVMC, Wheeling.
He was born March 16, 1935 in Steubenville, Ohio, a son of the late Siegfried and Alice Gerard Zajdowicz.
Siegfried was retired from the Ormet Corp.; was a member of the Jefferson Sportsman Club; coached Little League for years; loved to hunt and fish; and was a Protestant by faith.
Surviving Siegfried are his wife, Inez Merriman Zaj dowicz; four children, Toni Zajdowicz of Powhatan Point, Steven Zajdowicz and his wife, Cindy, of New Martinsville, W.Va., Mark Zaj dowicz of Mingo Junction and Lisa Busby and her husband, Paul, of Steubenville; and four grandchildren, Steven and Ashtin Zaj dowicz, both of New Martinsville and Lindsay and Paul Daniel Zajdowicz, both of Steubenville. He loved his numerous nieces and neph ews.
Friends are invited to attend visitation Friday, April 25, 2008 from 11 a.m. until time of services at 1 p.m. at Holly Memorial Gardens Chapel, Pleasant Grove, Ohio, with the Rev. Barry Hall officiating.
Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, or the Kidney Foundation.
