Mr. Sanders, I'm not sure I follow you here. I suspect you are being satirical and I am entirely missing your point. Second-hand smoke is pretty much a scientific consensus. Furthermore there is even evidence being collected that third-hand smoke is a hazard, especially for infants and children - putting them at risk for asthma, bronchitis and even SIDS.

Secondhand smoke kills - end of story. If not for the taxes collected because of tobacco, tobacco products would be band.
