What a waste of $900,000., not counting the other money already thrown at this dump of a building. I understand special check-points will be set up any time a function is held at the Grand, check-points will hand out bullet proof vests and dog-tags with your blood type on them. Who in their right mind ventures into downtown Steubenville these days?

What a joke. Plus a waste of money. What dumb******are contributing to this worthless cause? Johnson and Stewart. Including all Steubenville's half ass leaders need to retire. Because of brain damage. Especially Mucci he is a ***** and a drunk. The other need to go to nursing homes. Give young people a chance.
