For 25 years, I have watched sea gulls on the Ohio River, during the winter time. This year is no difference than any other year.

It always amazes me, they will float down to the Market Street Bridge, but, will not go underneath it! Something about 'man made structures', they will not go under, and, in all my years, I have watched them do thier 'dance' with the bridge, each Season.

I wish you well....
