How is 5 years more appropriate? This man is from out of state so he purposefully went out of his local area. "Quite a bit" of *****graphic material was found in his home. How do they know he hasn't done this before in a different out of town area? If the little boy hadn't told his dad something terrible would have happened. How can investigators be sure this isn't his first time, you can't trust a pedophile's word. 5 years is not enough punishment for a grown adult willing to travel out of state to violate a minor child. Drug dealers who bring out of state drugs in face more prison time than this. I'd rather see a drug dealer on the street than a pedophile who actively attempted to heinously violate a 13 year old boy.
