I find it humorous that every few weeks there is a propaganda story about that airpark! It's great that Gentile learned to fly as a young boy, but really, who cares? Probably most Jefferson County residents would be or are very opposed to taxpayer monies being spent on a few executives passing through on their corporate jets. Jefferson County needs more spending on roads and bridges, watershed maintenance (cleaning of streams and creeks) and jobs. Not wasting it on a private air strip for Gentile and his masters in the oil and gas industry.
