I commend everyone for stepping up and doing something else. It is obvious what we've been doing simply isn't working. Drug rehabilitation needs to be a part of this program. A lot of the repeat offenders we read in the newspaper are arrested for drug-related crimes. There are just far too many names to keep track of in my head so is the list of names going to be released to the public or are we going to have to spend a few hours going through the previous year's arrest records? Like I said I can't remember the names but I know the same people are arrested for drug-related charges repeatedly. Nothing is going to work as best it can until these people get clean and sober and have something positive to look forward to. I wish everyone the best of luck and hope this program makes a difference but I do think drug rehab should be a part of that.
